Indian Wedding Tours
Privacy Policy
Last updated 16 October 2026
This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use indianwedding.tours or book a journey, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Who is responsible for your information
indianwedding.tours, Chityavad, Chiktyavad, Dhani, Dist. Dhar, Madhya Pradesh 454552, India. You can reach us about anything in this policy at support@indianwedding.tours.
What we collect
- Your account: your name, email address and password. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google instead of a password.
- Your bookings: the journey, whether you come alone or as a family, the number of places, what you paid and when.
- Payments: payments are handled by our payment provider. We receive confirmation that you paid and a payment reference, never your full card or bank details.
- Technical information: your IP address, used to protect the website from abuse, and anonymous page-speed measurements, which contain nothing that identifies you.
How we use it
- To create your account and confirm and manage your bookings.
- To send your e-ticket, invoice and important updates about your journey.
- To tell you when a new journey opens, only if you've turned that on in your account.
- To keep the records Indian tax law requires.
Who we share it with
We never sell your personal information. We share only what's needed, with:
- the people who run your journey on the ground, such as your journey manager, translator and driver;
- our payment provider, to take your payment and make refunds;
- the companies that host this website and send our emails, under their own privacy obligations;
- government authorities, when the law requires it.
Cookies
We use a cookie to keep you signed in, and your browser remembers whether you chose the light or dark theme. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep your account until you ask us to delete it. Booking and invoice records are kept for as long as Indian tax law requires, even if you delete your account.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. You can turn journey and new-journey emails on or off at any time in your account, or from the link in any of those emails. To make a request or raise a complaint, email support@indianwedding.tours; we reply within 30 days.
Keeping it safe
Your information is sent over encrypted connections, passwords are stored only in scrambled (hashed) form, and access is limited to the people who need it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. For important changes, we'll email you. Questions? See Contact Us.
